Boxford Addition & Renovation
The homeowners of this existing Colonial reproduction in Boxford desired more living space for their growing family and a pool for summertime fun.
Spanning the entire length of the existing house, a new family room overlooks the backyard providing generous views of the new pool, cabana, terrace, and gardens. Although designed as one open space, the family room is divided into three distinct areas for a variety of living and entertaining functions: a wet bar with sitting area off the renovated kitchen; hexagonal sky-lit sunroom; and comfortable family room. The adjoining screened porch, mudroom, and powder room, lower level playroom, and attic home office complete the comfortable and elegant home.
