After successfully working with the Beverly Affordable Housing Coalition for the Cabot Street Homes, Luna Design Group was retained to continue working with the Coalition and it’s partner, the Northshore YMCA, on another significant project in Beverly; providing affordable family rental housing in Beverly’s Gloucester Crossing neighborhood. Encompassing two city blocks, Luna Design Group is designing six new buildings containing 65 studio and two bedroom units. Holcroft Park Homes will dramatically improve this blighted section of Beverly and again provide well designed, quality apartments to Beverly.
