Luna Design Group’s Commercial projects range from new construction of mixed-use retail and office buildings, to renovating outdated downtown storefronts. Providing planning, architectural and interior design services, we strive for our commercial projects to improve the fabric of the community. Careful attention is given to insure that the buildings and spaces we design are not only sensitive to the surrounding context, but are pleasant and efficient places to conduct business and are flexible for future changes.

Northern Essex Community College, Behrakis Student Center/One-Stop

The underutilized and outdated two-story 44,000 SF student union building and cafeteria was completely renovated to create the award winning Behrakis Student Center/One-Stop at Northern Essex Community College’s Haverhill Campus.
