MULTI-FAMILY & COMMUNITY BASED HOUSING

Luna Design Group specializes in multi-family and community based housing, whether adaptive re-use of an existing structure, renovation of an outdated high-rise apartment complex, or new construction of a mixed-use urban development. We have designed in excess of 500 such units of housing. Each project brings its own unique challenges and conditions, often involving renovation in occupied structures. Working closely with numerous Community and Economic Development Corporations, we are proud to have successfully completed the planning, design and construction for hundreds of affordable community based housing units providing homeownership. It is our belief that quality design should not be dictated by economic level.

Our commitment to quality extends not only to well designed buildings that fit in with the surrounding community, but to our knowledge and selection of durable materials that are low maintenance and energy efficient. Several of our projects have received Design Excellence awards from Builder Magazine and the American Institute of Architects.
