Working closely with the nonprofit community developer Salem Harbor Community Development Corp, Luna Design Group designed a 15-unit condominium complex for first-time low income homebuyers located in Salem’s Point neighborhood. Spanning an entire city block, the 15,000 SF, three-story structure houses two and three-bedroom units, support space Working closely with the nonprofit and off-street parking. The new building enhances the established urban neighborhood with it’s dramatic corner tower, choice of materials and color, and successfully demonstrates that quality designed and constructed housing is available to all income levels.
