Proposed new six-story multi-use building will be prominently located within the historic district of Dudley Square, across from the Dudley Square MBTA station which is the transportation hub for the area. Comprised of grade-level retail and restaurant space, three floors of office space, and upper two floors of market rate residential condominiums, the building’s massing and height is designed to be consistent with the city’s future development plans for the surrounding area. With contemporary interpretation of significant details from the immediate area including yellow brick masonry, black granite base, prominent cornice lines, and metal pedestrian canopy, the translucent glass panels allow the massing of the building to appear as open as possible.
