Working closely with the City and multiple retail tenants, Luna Design Group renovated an entire block of outdated retail storefronts in Downtown Medford Square. With new canvas awnings, lighting and colorful signage, the improvements to the existing storefronts dramatically updates the retail block into a cohesive, and attractive commercial center. Joseph Luna, AIA also designed and oversaw the renovation of two other commercial buildings in Downtown Medford, the High Street Office Building and Spring Street Retail Building while Project Manager at Cubellis & Associates.
