The client for this custom residence in Weston had a distinct architectural vision for a traditional home that was not another typical New England Colonial or Shingle Style reproduction. She wanted her home to be comfortable for daily living, elegant for entertaining, efficient for conducting business, and desired a complete home automation system that would not detract from the interior design.

The design solution is a contemporary version of a French/Italianate Chateau, reminiscent of estates found in Newport and the Hamptons, and incorporating traditional design elements of homes from this era.
