Luna Design Group performed a preliminary site planning analysis for various redevelopment scenarios of the Bass River Plaza. Our pre-design services include an assessment of the existing property, analyzing zoning and environmental permitting regulations, and developing preliminary site plans for locating a variety of commercial and business uses on this prominent Elliott Street site.
