Grove Hall Mixed Use

Located in Boston, MA

At a prominent corner of the Grove Hall section of Boston, this proposed new seven-story building will include mixed-income rental apartments, condominium units, retail and underground parking. Reminiscent of the Art Deco style with vertical spandrel panels and a crowning spire, the stepped tower accents the corner of Cheney Street and Blue Hill Avenue, and is the focal point of the development. Design elements and materials common to the surrounding community including yellow brick masonry, punched windows, and decorative metal work will be used, although in an updated style to complement the urban streetscape.
