This existing 12-story high rise apartment complex totaling over 200,000 SF was completely renovated, while remaining nearly fully occupied during construction. New public amenities including landscaped entry courtyard and lobby, cyber café, and a fitness center were added, and the existing laundry room was refurbished. The building received façade, structural and accessibility improvements; new elevators, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and security systems; and all 224 kitchens were completely renovated. Construction was strategically phased for minimal disruption to tenants on a fast track schedule. The project was completed at a cost of $9 million.
